Default Synching while device turned off

Please Login to Remove!

I didn't realize this but it seems that if the BB is turned off, you can still sync it. Just did it twice now. I think that's pretty nifty even though the device is powered off.

You might be in standby mode instead of off. If the device is off it's off nothing going in or out of the device in terms of data.

Anybody else try this?

I double checked and the device is turned off. Green LED is on. It's only on when the device is charging while turned off.

I know it's weird...but discovered this by accident.

I just tried it to see and it does work. I made sure my 8330 was off before I pluged it in.
