bounces back up when I'm trying to scroll down? Am I doing something wrong? I have the sensitivity on 80. It is driving me nuts. I scroll down and I get it to the application I want, but then it jumps up....any insight?

Clean and or replace the trackball.. This is common with dirty balls...
