I've been all through the manual and help files and can't solve this.

Every time I send an email from my Blackberry Bold it leaves the following signature at the bottom of the email - how can I delete it?

I've now found this login URL BlackBerry Internet Service

However, it's asking me for a username and password - where do they come from?

You should have a password and username to sign into the Vodafone page for online bill pay, account maintenance, etc. If you don't have one for that you should at least have one for your Vodafone Blackberry account. When you signed up for BB service you should have created an account then.
