I had my phone reset at the Verizon store because it wasn't running right. Well everything is set back to default now. I set my email up and I can receive emails but it won't let me reply. I hit reply and get this notice, "No message services configured, you will only be able to save draft." Also my ringer doesn't sound when I get new emails now. Any idea guys? Thanks!

For the email thing, you probably just need to log into your BIS account (where your email was set up to go to your device) and resend the service books.

Thanks alot! Resending the service books (whatever that is lol) fixed both problems! I didn't have the option under the ringer profiles for the email account before. Thanks again!
