Default Military time issue

Please Login to Remove!

BES 4.1.6 MR1
Exch 2003 SP2
CURVE 8310 unlocked w/ 4.5.0.55
Blackberry time format set to 24hr (military time)

Details:

Email sent from me via Outlook got time stamped at 4:23 pm

Response back to me from an Outlook client got time stamped at 5:43 pm

I reply to this email from my blackberry at 5:46 pm and include myself in the email

Issue:

When I highlight the email I sent to myself at 5:46pm (in Outlook using reading pane view) I see the following:

4:23 - original message from Outlook shows normal time.

17:43 - response back to me from an Outlook client shows in military time

5:46 - email sent from blackberry shows in standard 12hr format

Every email on my RIM shows in military time due to my date/time settings

Why would Outlook show an email response to me in military time?

Very Peculiar - Any ideas????

Now that it's after 13:00 (CST) military time- Is anyone willing to change their time format and test this out? Am I the only that sees an issue with this behavior with Blackberry/Outlook?

Is it just because of the sending client ? I don't really understand the issue here, it seems like you have the correct time, but just displayed in 24hr vs 12hr format ?

what am I missing ?

Read through my o.p. and trace step by step. There's a strange issue going on here and so far, it's still a valid one although I'm no longer using military time.

Set your BB to military and run through my example with your mail client/blackberry. You'll produce the issue.
