My real name is Jim. My user name is a nickname I've had all my life and is in no way related to the purple dinosaur. I go by barny, the dinosaur is barney.
I upgraded my phone to a Blackberry Curve about a week ago. Prior to that my cellphone was just a phone. No camera, no texting, no surfing the web, no nothing except making and receiving calls. I did use it for one other thing, an alarm clock when I traveled.
So, this new Smart device is quite a step up for me and I'm loving it! Over the last week (with the exception of celebrating Thanksgiving) I've pretty much done nothing else but play with it and try to learn more about all it can do.
We are with Sprint and have enrolled in the Everything Data Share 1500 plan.
My wife is still using an older, no bells and whistles, phone but my son has the black LG Lotus smart phone.
I've already benefited from these forums and I thank you all for that.
