Default I'm sorry to keep bothering you all....

Please Login to Remove!

but I have another question.

Whenever my Bold is in the Holster and it rings, I take it out and it just stops ringing.

Is there anyway to turn that off?

Change your profile settings, hit your profile on top of the screen, scroll down to advance, scroll to phone (or whatever you wanna adjust) and there's a in holster and out of holster setting. Change it up there

I don't believe this is something you can adjust. The phone assumes that since you pulled it out of the holster that you are aware that you are getting a call and the ringing stops. There's no real reason for it to continue to ring after that.

Default Yes you can

Please be careful not to offer help to others if you are not sure.

You certainly can adjust the setting to automatically answer the call when pulling the phone out the holster or not. Go to the Phone screen, choose Options, General Options and change the Auto Answer Calls setting as you prefer.

the OP wasn't about auto answer, it was about keeping the ringtone going even after you take the phone out of the holster

Barb was right...

The OP was not asking if it can auto answer but if the ringing would continue. This can not be changed. When you get a call and remove devise from holster the ringing stops. You can adjust if you want the devise to auto answer your call or not, but that was not the question. As for SMS/MMS and Email, the phone takes it one more step. The device will first stop the ringing or vibrating as it knows you are aware of the incoming message, and will then open the message for you on the screen as it thinks this must be why I was removed from holster.
