Yes it's possible. menu>options>advanced options>accessibitlity>grid layout. select 4x4

I think they are talking about on the initial screen in portrait and my guess is since it is theme controlled the answer is no. I'm sure someone will release a Theme with more portrait home screen buttons eventually.

You can set the initial screen for 1, 2 or 3 rows x 4 buttons each, but not for 4 rows with the current theme setup, if this is controlled by the theme.

I tried to, but when even when I save it, It seems nothing happens, and I can't escape from the accessibility screen ..
