I think you need to contact them. I ordered mine and received it in about 6 days via their standard (free) shipping. Also, you have to remember it's the holiday season, they might be more busy now then usual.

i called them and the guy said it should probably be here by Saturday, which is in a few days.

this isn't very fun.
i hope its not lost in transit

Whats the package look like that the IS comes in? Is it like a brown box delivered to your door or is it like an envelope?

edit: its here. it came here at like 8pm today...

so unnecessary. the thing has a tempered glass screen. there is no need for a "protector." any scratch deep and hard enough to scratch the screen will easily get through your gay protector.

Didn't know pieces of plastic had sexual preferences. Thanks for pointing that out.

It's ALWAYS a good idea to have a screen protector.

My friend has an iPhone (same type of screen as the Storm) and he uses the InvisibleShield. At one point when he was pulling the phone from his pocket, as he was getting out of his car, the phone slipped and he dropped it. The phone slid across the asphalt, screen-side down, and did irreparable damage to the InvisibleShield. After he peeled the shield off there was no visible damage to the screen, looked brand new. He just bought a new IS and stuck it on the phone.

Now what if he didn't have an IS on that phone? This is why I bought an IS for my Storm immediately after I bought it.

We apologize for any delays in shipping. During the holiday season we receive thousands of orders every day and the shipping option that we use is subject to delays as well. We do our best to get the order processed in the time indicated on our website for each device and when an order is placed for the BlackBerry Storm, it is either processed and ready to ship the same or the next business day. As you can see by many of the posts here, shipping usually doesn't take longer than one (1) week.

Again, I apologize for the delay that you experienced. If you have any other questions, please feel free to email us at questions at zagg.com Thanks!

I ordered mine on the 16th and haven't received it yet but not too worried. I figured it being new and all, would take a bit longer. And I can't buy my Storm until after 1/1/09 when my Sprint plan expires.

ETA: Invisishield arrived on 12/24 which is pretty good timing considering being sent via the mail at Christmas time.

I guess it is on my end as Chris ZAGG REP contacted me very quickly to say there shouldn't be a problem as they were not having any issues. I was able to make the connection with my Curve.

IS comes with LIFETIEM WARRANTY> your friend should have ordered his FREE is :D and on the second hand every IS product as a registration, thats how they track the originals ;)

So tell him to get 1 for free and you can sell it or him too :D
