Unhappy HTML links in Emails stop working No Get LInk

Please Login to Remove!

At some point after I upgraded my 7100t I found that I could no longer roll over html links in email messages and have them be selected, it's like they are just plain text and I never get the Select Link option. If I restart the 7100t, everything works fine for a while, then stops working again. I have not yet been able to isolate it down to an event that causes the links to stop functioning. Nothing too exotic on the BB, just wondering if anyone else is seeing this issue?

Delete your browser service books and then re-register the device on the network to re-push them.

when you are in the browser and click the wheel to bring up the menu, does the second item from the top (below "help") say view mode or select mode? in select mode, you cannot use the "get link" menu option, you can only use it in view mode. you just click the mode to toggle between view and select. as far as it working at first and then switching, i'm not sure. maybe if it is in select mode and the device is rebooted it goes to view mode for some time, but like i said, i don't really know. i'd try selecting view mode and seeing if it stays that way, even after rebooting.

This is not happening in the browser. It is happening in Messages. On the plus side, it hasn't happened since the 2nd reset so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
