I recently got a new blackberry pearl battery, because my current one ran out of charge incredibly quickly. Now, I got the new battery and it's the same exact battery as my old one. Same model, voltage, style, even color! The only difference I could find was the sides on my new battery was square and my old battery was rounded, but that's completely irrelevant isn't it? So, it's the same battery but with the new one my phone won't even turn on! Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

I would plug it it, and let it charge for a while.. maybe the new battery is just out of juice from the box????
