I'm having some issues with my LED light notifications.I know when you get an email/text the light blinks red, here is my question... does it ever stop? I've noticed my light blinking green but I still have messages I haven't checked. Is there a time frame that it stops blinking red, or is there a certain signal that it doesn't blink red for?

Is there anyway to check to make sure my light indicator is on for emails and texts?

Any help would be appreciated.

1. Yes, the red LED will stop blinking after about 15 mins from the last message or notification.
2. Set your alerts by editing your Profiles.

Thanks for the info Jsanders, i always wondered why it quit blinking red, is there a way to make it stay red until i check it?

Nope, that is the way it works.

You can get BBAlerts extend the LED and audible notification until you stop it... look in the Aftermarket Software section here.

I am a fully newcomer as BBy-user and also as this forum user.
On the same topic of "LED light Issues", could somebody tell me where I can found explanations about:
- steady green LED light (it occurs sometimes during charging);
- steady red LED light.
When both of those "lightning situations" occur, it's impossible to do anything with the BBY (except if I disconect the batery).

I know the steady lit green light while charging means the phone is fully charged. When you are charging the phone it will blink and yellow/green light and then be fully lit and bright green when finished.

The blinking red light means you have a message/missed call/ or email. As for the steady red light I don't know what that means, hopefully someone more knowledgable can help on that one, sorry!
