Default How do I make PIN messages show up in my SMS inbox?

Please Login to Remove!

I have seperate folders for my SMS and MMS, and my e-mail accounts on BIS. The folder labelled "messages" I hide on the home screen. When I receive a PIN message it automatically goes to the "messages" folder which I have hidden on my home screen. Is there a way to have these messages go to my SMS inbox?

Thanks.

No, those are PIN messages, not SMS. Hence, they won't go where they don't belong.

This is one of the reasons I recommend to users to NOT hide the main messages folder, as it is the only place PIN messages will appear.

if you want to hide the main folder and still get PIN messages easy add the BB messenger as a shortcut key. Not the greatest option, but its the only quick way with the folder hidden.

Hmm ok thanks for the replies. Is there a way to prevent all my different email accounts going to this main folder so it will only show my PIN messages? Seems redundant to me to have 3 seperate email folders but then a main one that receives all of them, just to get PIN messages.

Nope. It is the catch all folder.
