I am having issues with some of my calendar items synching with my exchange server. Most of the items were going up until recently. then this morning I added 10 or so appts on my BB and none came through on my desktop (exchange). I went into the first few appts and resaved them, they then came into the server. then that even stopped working. any ideas? here is the MAGT report

I have tried a few things that I have found on the forum today trying to fix this and now it is worse.

If I launch a new appt, the top line (send using: ) does not even have my desktop option. It only has my BIS calendar...


any ideas.

wireless synch showed disabled on the server at one point, but I got it turned back on through the calendar options... now it shows enabled, but I cannot "send using:" in my appts...

What BESX version and SP pack level are you currently running?
If calendar syncing was working previously, what changes were made to the environment recently?
e.g An upgrade or migration, recent permission changes, BES service account change?
From the MAGT logs it appears to be a service book issue (CICAL).

i have BlackBerry Professional Software Version: 4.1.4.3

I can't think of anything that has changed lately on the server. there are only 2 BBs on the system and the other one is running perfectly.

the BB will let my calendar synch both directions if I remove my BIS acct... however i cannot send appointment invitations... there is not even a SEND USING section. as soon as I put my BIS acct back on i get a SEND USING section that only has the BIS acct. and my calendar synching does not work. wont even let me put in an appt in that calendar. tried only displaying one calendar and as soon as I start to put in an appt it goes to the BIS calendar. VERY STRANGE....

oh yeah, and wireless synch is turned on

everything seems to work fine until I load my BIS acct. I reset to factory settings on my handheld and did a EA and it all worked... left it like that for 30 minutes... then I added my BIS acct and nothing works again.

I think i got it working. I turned off wireless sync, and erased the DB calendar via DM. I then re enabled wireless sync and it all seems to be working.

hopefully it stays working.

I can trick mine into working for about an hour by erasing everything and restarting. if I add my BIS acct then it stops working. I am confused with why. I am hoping someone here can offer some assistance with this problem.
