Are you trying to open the PDF locally or via an attachment to an email? You will not be able to view PDF locally without a 3rd party PDF reader, but you should be able to view them as attachments to email messages.

Yes - as attachment. I am on BES but like I said, other supported types work. Is there a seeting not correct?

It says, "unrecognized document format". My co-worker on a Bold can open the same attachment without issue.

I would talk to your BES admin. They may have disabled PDF attachments with the recent vulnerability issue until they apply the fix.
