Default which service book should I have to allow BES traffic?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a recurring problem with my cellular provider, in that every single time I get a new blackberry for a user, it won't activate, and I need to spend 2-3 hours on the phone with tech support until I get someone who figures out how to set the right options on their end and push down the appropriate service books

NOW, is there a specific service book I can look for in the list to check to see if BES activation is going to work? I don't see anything there that explicitly says "BES SERVICE BOOK"
I guess I can just continue trying activation and seeing if it works that way, just thought there might be an easier way

There is not a service book that you need per se. The carrier needs to provision the device for enterprise activation.

it is usually the more expensive plan data plan but they pick the cheaper one to save you money.

BIS is consumer version and cheaper and will not work on BES.

I know what they need to do, the problem is that they don't know what they need to do. I was hoping to get some very specific instructions that might help expedite the process

You have a "Provisioning[OTASL]" service book..

When you get a BES plan they provision your device for BES access.
