Hi everyone - I'm new to blackberry and have my phone for about a month or so. After a meeting I turned the profile back to 'normal' but now when people call me I can hear them but they can't hear me! Tried the mute button - makes no difference.
There will be an easy answer for this I'm sure - any suggestions?
Assuming that you are not on the bluetooth answering mode, the microphone of your BB is probably defective. If your BB is new, you should contact your carrier for warranty repair.
No-one can hear me talking!
