I am having problems resulting from synching my BB on more than one computer. Here is the situation: my office runs Outlook 2007 on an Exchange Server but does not have a Blackberry Enterprise Server, so I use BIS for the BB. I can access my Outlook account from any computer I own (one office computer and two personal computers at home). I have installed the Blackberry Desktop Manager Software on each computer and, with only the occasional glitch, in the past I have been able to synch my Outlook calendar, address book, etc. with the Blackberry from any of my computers. Recently, though, I upgraded my device software to v. 4.5 and my Blackberry Desktop Manager to v. 4.3. Now, there are constant problems whenever I try to synch the BB with my Outlook account. Appointments that were added in a synch at the office, get deleted or mysteriously transformed at home, etc. I have tried clearing the BB calendar and doing a clean, new synch with Outlook. At first, this seems to work, but when I go to another computer and try to synch again, inconsistencies pile up.

Any ideas as to how to resolve this?

when you use the desktop manager to synchronize a BIS device, it will synchronize the Outlook client. In order to do that, you need on every Pc you log on, to configure Outlook to go fetch the correct account. only then can you sync using the DM.

DM 4.3 is a bit on the flaky side. Either revert to DM 4.2 SP2/SP3 or move to either 4.6 or 4.7. Don't forget to reconfigure it to sync.
