I am new to Blackberry, Do they have a program where you can enter your calender information and schedule on your PC and download to your phone.

Google Calendar does everything Over The Air (OTA). That would be your best bet.

Otherwise, you could use outlook and manually sync with the Desktop Manager software, via a cable.
