Hi,

I did sync contacts with microsoft outlook using desktop manager.
But after that my addressbook in 8100 shows none of contact from outlook.
So contacts from outlook are not copied to 8100.
Any suggestion?
How to copy contacts from outlook to 8100 and where it will be stored in 8100?

In your address book, press the BB/menu key and go to options. See what the contacts count is. Sometimes, the contacts are there but a filter is applied and it blocks your entire address book.

Ohterwise I'd go back to DM and make sure you have the correct settings made for the sync.

Did your other info from Outlook get transferred (calendar, notes, task) and just not address book?

Hi, I have similar problem about Sync with 8700g. I can not update all Outlook data. I think it is due to non-English OS on my BB, since it works with my old BB 7100v with 4.0 OS English . Please inform how you fix this problem.

Hi, problem was in IT Policy, I did use JL_Cmder to remove policy. Now BB works good!
