For some reason every time I try to install it, the images don't work. They look as if they would if they couldn't load over a web browser. Makes it hard to see where to click to do certain things. Can anyone help me?

Do you mean the icons don't load? Have you tried downloading the latest copy from RIM?

yeah multiple times. I'm thinking it has something to do with the java.... but then again I have no clue... lol
