Hi everybody,i'm a chater on SMS,and i own 8700c.I wondering how many messages can be saved in 8700 ? Maybe this depending on the phone's memory ?

Yes. The memory.
I believe, excluding attachments, a message is about 2KB.

I don't know from experience, I read 900 messages.

My hope is someone with more knowledge on this will respond as the day progresses.

it depens on u 8700 free memory and u settings in SMS option

thats a lot, I delete mine almost daily, but I text a ton

Before my phone wiped itself, I had exactly 32,000 text messages with 15,000,000 bytes left, and I have around 20 photo's, 10 MMS, and 55 midi ring tones. But then again every day that I got a new text message, one day would be deleted.
