Default syncing multiple calendars in Outlook for office 2007

Please Login to Remove!

I am using Outlook for Office 2007 and my main calendar syncs with my blackerberry without a problem. I want to create and use a second calendar (for family events) but this calendar does not sync with my blackberry. is there anything I need to do to make this happen?

Well, somehow I accidently got two sets of outlook calendars on my BB last week (see http://www.blackberryforums.com/gene...s-two-bbs.html) one associated with my hotmail (the default calendar) acct and one was with Yahoo account I think.

I would think you can somehow associate your 'family' (shared) calendar with another email account (aside from your default calendar).

I am also interested in maybe setting up something like this (shared common family events calendar)

From what I understand, any second calendar will just show up along with your first calendar. There's no way to distinguish them unlike with contacts and categories.

yes you can, open calendar and hit the BB key. IF you have two or more calendars loaded, there will be an option to choose which one to show, or Show ALL is also an option. I discovered this by accident last week when I saw them duplicate calendar entries.

Are there setting in outlook I need to change?
