To get to your messages, press alt+back

Continue holding alt and press back to skim thru the menu to get to messages. I'm not sure on how to navigate to each message though.

That being said... I just have to know.... How did you lose the trackball?

How did you manage to lose your trackball???

From the home screen:

Press 'M' to go into your messages app

Press 'R' to reply to the message you're on

'U' - Go to next unread message

'P' - Previous day
'N' - Next day
'S' - Search for a message
'C' - Compose a new message
'T' - Top of message list
'B' - Bottom of message list
Space - page down

No.....I have all the pieces,trackball,cover,etc weird looking pin looking things.I just do not know how to put it all back in.I have to wait until I get to the store so they can put them all back in.Until then I need to read my messages.I did what you said and it keeps on pulling up my address book

You should select the icon that looks like a letter. That's where your messages are.
