Default Deletion of TTY

Please Login to Remove!

I was curious has anyone deleted the TTY application from their Bold? I wanted to do it since I had no use for it to free up memory. I wanted to make sure it had no drawbacks first once its deleted. Thanks in advance for your feedback

I work the upgrages for our office phones over 30 of them and I remove it on all of them. It's Teletypewriter it allows deaf/dumb people to communicate back and forth. Its like SMS over the phone call.. So unless your deaf/dumb (cant speak) then you don't require it.

TTY is for the hearing impaired. Also the phone/line your calling has to support it, usually their are specific tty numbers only.
