when I click on my "Manage Internet Email logo" on both my 8900 and 8320 i get the following error message, "your blackberry internet email sesson has expired. please close yur browser and try again". I called t-mobile yesterday and they did all the routine stuff... send service packs, battery pulls host routing tables and so on... finally they escalated the problem to RIM... RIM did the same things and finally told me they think the t-mobile site is down and to try connecting later. I tried again today and it is not working... I called t-mobile again and after an hour of doing all the same things as yesterday they told me to go to the nearest t-mo store and have my SIM checked. I do not think there is any problem with my SIM... I decided to check the forums first. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

when the service books were resent, did you get the usual email confirmation?

can you send and receive email on the BB?

what were you doing just before you noticed this?

same here. I can get on-line in my account with my pc so I'm highly suspect that TMo's site is down.
the only thing that is different on my phone is I upgraded to .206, been thinking that was it.

Yes I did get the usual e-mail confirmation. I can send and recive e-mails with no problem. I can also got to other websites.

I am not exactly sure what I was doing before I noticed this. The reason I made an attempt to go to the site was, because about 2 weeks ago I added a BCC to one of the e-mail accounts (using my device) and it was getting annoying and I wanted to remobe the BCC.

Yes I did, and it works fine with the PC. I am just so used to doing it using the device.

oh ok. It works fine for me using 206 so that's not your problem.
