Default Help BB Messenger

Please Login to Remove!

I just downloaded a new version of the device software and now I lost all blackberry icons.. Does anyone know how to fix this problem??

No sure I understand what you mean, but is it related to theme? Go to options and selecte a theme. See what happens.

Another thought is hiddens icons. Bring up the menu and select show all.

And perhaps when you did the upgrade you didn't have the app selected to install. You may need to go back and install it.

No I mean the blackberry mess.. where you chat with you rcontacts, to send and receive bb messages???

On the email, you probably need to reinstall the service books is all. Do a battery pull and see if that does it.

You need to reload your OS, and ensure that you check all of the boxes for the applications you need.

If BB messenger is not in the IM folder as dc suggests and doesn't sound like it is listed in options as an installed application, then use desktop manager to load it on the handset.
