I'm not sure how to fix this, but there is a problem with my click screen in the bottom left hand corner. This is where you usually press to answer a phone call, and on my main screen, where I press to access my email. Lately, when I click the bottom left of the screen, isntead of the usual click sound it used to make, it makes a cracking sound and then that area will no longer press down, in other words, it gets stuck unless I click on the opposite side of the screen.

Any quick solutions to this problem?

Sounds like a hardware failure... and your phone is covered under a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Just bring it in to VZW and they'll give you a new one.

Not very sure this will work for your phone but to help the click on your screen just place some paper behind the battery so there is a little bit of pressure when placing the battery cover on. The click it and see if it helpes at all.

Like i said yours might be broken but just throwing that out there for it might help.

I have had this occur on several occasions. VZW was quick to get me a replacement.

Is it possible to get a replacement with out the insurance from VZW? I'm having the same issue and it's driving me crazy.
