I searched for "lost sounds" and "no sounds" and didn't find anything, so here goes. Forgive me if this was covered elsewhere....

Recently, I've noticed that my 8310 loses all its sound notifications - emails, texts suddenly aren't making their typical profile-related audio alerts but of course the LED light does flash. I can't seem to isolate the instances to any specific profile I'm using at the time (either Normal or Loud), and powering down AND a battery pull haven't solved the problem permanently, although both of those actions do seem to "reset" the problem until it happens again.

Anyone else? Options/About says v4.5.0.99 (Platform 2.7.0.84) if that helps.

The latest OS available for your device is 4.5.0.124. You may want to try upgrading to that OS and see if it corrects your issue.
