Messages Failed
Please Login to Remove!
Hello, I'm looking at my BES 4.1.6.10 and I see where it has Messaged Failed: 383. Is there anyway for me to see these failed messages or an indication as to why they failed?

Open the BlackBerry Server Configuration application in the start menu and you should see a logging tab. It'll point you to where the logs are kept.

Thanks. Darn I was hoping for a GUI  . Now I went into my Logs folder and there's over 400 folders in there. Can I safely delete some of these folders? |

We had a lawsuit recently and the BES logs helped us alot.
We are now keeping the logs for more than year now.
YMMV

The error that you say Messaged Failed: 383 ... where'd you get that from? The Windows Application Event Log? If so, that came from the BlackBerry ALRT log, which probably got it from the MAGT log ... |
