I have a TMobile 8320 and had problems with the camera not working. It displayed an error message "Close other open applications..." yada yada. I had been reading some of the posts on many forums and people were suggesting to remove the battery and reinstall. No help everyone. People were saying they had to get the camera itself replaced...ok. I simply removed some of the pictures from the internal camera's memory and BAM, the camera works! Hope this helps someone.

You really need a memory card, and to go into Camera > Options and choose the media card for storage.
