Hi I'm having a problem with reconciliation of messages that have had changes before being read.

The problem only occurs one way from outlook. The change ins't reflected on the handset.

If the message is read and then deleted or moved everything works fine. It's only when it's deleted without being read.

The users are not hard deleting and the message is going via the deleted items.

If the users delete or move the message before being read on the handset it works fine.

Any ideas?

This has been resolved, it was the hard deletes reconciliation option on the BES. I changed it to true and it started working.

We weren't hard deleting before so I don't understand why this would need to be changed but it did the job
