Question Addressbook has stopped synicing for most of my users...

Hi Guys,

It seems only about 4 of my users have their addressbooks syncing. The rest have stopped working. When they make a change and sync it with our main mail server, I do not see anything in the BES logs. Everyone was working a few weeks back. The only thing I can think of is the last MR I applied broke it. There is another MR and I am thinking of applying it to see if there is any change, but it makes no mention of this kind of issue in the release notes.

Any ideas before I log a support call with RIM?

BES was decommissioned. Currently using iPhones with Lotus Notes Traveler 9.0.

Ended up being the desktop sync service book. I deleted it and resent the service books and they resynced fine. Anyone have any idea why this happened to so many users?

were the users that didnt need the service book resent in a different policy than the others?

We have 2 policies and I had users in both with the problem.
