currently, my bb was loaded with os 4.5, i saw the interface of 4.6 is fairly cool and high-tech feeling, can i upgrade to it, is the hardware configuration of 8320 meets 4.6's requirements and if yes, how to do it?\

No. 4.6 is not designed for your device.
The next OS designed for your device MAY be OS 5

I say MAY be because until its released we're not sure which older devices will get it.

8320 has limited memory compared with the newest BBs. Not sure if there will be an OS 5.0 for it.
