I'm seeing where my 5 GW BES servers are not processing the pending messagges as fast as they should. Mail is flowing to the hendhelds I've tested this, but for some users their pending messages are anywhere in the 90s or 40's and they have last forward time of today at 4:08. For example one server has 293 users and 189 pending messages.

I'm also getting an event id 1000 with DevMgMtConnector errors on all 5 servers

So far I have rebooted the SQL db server and all 5 BES but I still feel like the issue has not been resolved.

[ODBCRecord::DoSetValue] Update failed as no AddIdentifier was called. Alternatively, DoCreateRecord() can be called

error message event id 2:

Server specs:
BES GW 4.0.7.15 (migriting to Exchange 5.0 in 2 months)
GW Mail server 6.5.7
SQL 2000 remote database

Any ideas?
