Default my H/W Version change

Please Login to Remove!

my H/W Version change from 9500 to 8830 now i don't have a signal how can i change it back.

Before I was originally activated in verizon, then move here in the pacific activated in our local phone company works great then i sold it out and activated in another phone company then suddenly the phone loosing signal and now totally nothing signal radio is off. I check the OS is correct then I dial #4357* send I found out that the HW is change so I check my other storm the HW Version of my storm is 9500 the one that i sold is 8830. That's the story

Sounds like you need to contact your carrier for help.

I already bring it to previous phone company that the phone is working on but they could not do any thing. But i will try to the other who flash it to work on their network.
