hello all! i need help with my bb pearl 8100. it doesn't accept anything i try to install through DM. it keeps saying "the application is not compatible with your device and cannot be loaded." i have the latest versions of DM and device software. i can't even install themes! please help.

Also, you might need to install the PHONE OS to the computer as well.

nope. i use the .alx files.

hello. how do i know which ones are made for my device?

Ones that state "made for 8100" or "compatible with 8100"

For example you cannot load a theme made for the 9000 on a 8100 and you cannot load a theme made for the 8220 on a 8330

but i only download themes that are made for 8100. :(
