Hi, bes server has the feature "view/upgrade software" listed under "device management" menu.
I've tried to select an user and follow the wizard showed cliking on "view/upgrade software", but i receive the message:
"Un upgrade software request failed to be queued for 0 user(s) and no upgardes were available for 1 user(s)"
I have never used this function on bes server, i'm trying to use it for upgrade blackberry software from 4.2.2.141 to 4.5.0.52. I've seen, selecting a user, ricght click on it -> Edit Properties selecting blackberry "device" and then select software i see that some users have software version 4.2.2.141 and other 4.5.0.52, i would to try to upgrade all the device to the same software version.
Is it the corret procedure ?

You might want to put this in the BES admin forum. General gets a lot of traffic.

Why not, but i can't find it in forum categories ?
