Is that normal? I've drained the battery a few times and it only charges to 95%...anyway i can get it up to 100%?

(it does not drain out fast or anything it holds the charge as it should)

I think the VZW 8703e used to have the same problem. It may only be the display, it may actually be charged all the way.
