Hello everyone,

I'm having an unusual problem: I'm sending emails while on my laptop and they are not showing up in my BB sent folder.

BB Tour on Verizon
OS: 4.7.1.42
BES

Settings:

• Keep messages forever
• Send email to handheld: Yes
• Save Copy in Sent Folder: Yes
• Filters: No filters apply
• Reconciliation: Mailbox and Handheld
• Wireless Reconcile: On

So, if I'm out of the office and I want to forward a sent email that I sent from my laptop I can't.

Are you on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) or a personal plan (BIS - BlackBerry Internet Server)?

Check with your BES Admins. They can enable the reconciliation of the Sent Items folder...

For those that are on BIS, how can this problem be corrected?

On a BIS, you can't get messages that you send from your computer to show up in the sent messages on your BlackBerry. The best you can do is to forward of BCC them to your device.

Any ideas from anyone on the BES question? Is it Email reconciliation? Check the Sent folder?
