You may but you will need an adapter so it may fit in your device. All the new devices will use the mini so you may just want to get the new type of the plug.

If your other devices have the same mini usb connection it should be fine. I use my BB adapter to charge my Magellan GPS and my bluetooth visor speakerphone. It is nice to have just one adapter in the car for all my gadgets.

Yes, make sure the amperage rating is able to handle the load the new device places on it, or you may damage the charger.

some devices work, others not. Had luck with daugters mp3-player, but my motorola-cellphone and bt-headset are not loading. My cam has micro-usb, so it does'nt fit . So try it out, imho you will not be able to break ore destroy anything.
