Anyone running Desktop Manager 5.0.1 and able to successfully backup?

I just upgraded from 4.x to the new 5.0.1 however when I backup I get the mentioned error message..

haven't troubleshooted too much, since I was just curious if this was a known issue..

I'm having the same issue. What's worse is, I wiped my device to reload the OS, and I'm also getting an error on the restore for everything but the address book. It almost seems like DM is treating the databases like they're read-only. Hopefully rolling back to DM 4.6 will do the trick.

No problem here. I have 5.0.1.28 right now. Didn't have trouble with the previous 5.0.1.whatever either.

I guess you'll do the same thing I would, clear the profiles data base and try to backup again. It's a pain resetting the profiles the way you want, though, I know.

I suppose but I hate to clear my profiles.. Too much work to get it going it the way I want again lol.

I think the issue is because the profiles are so different from the old ones and it's not set up right yet.

Could be.. But I also wonder if the profile DB is corrupt on my BB due to my BBM 5.0 Group profile settings always resetting.

Or could be SmartAlerts/BerryBuzz adding 3rd party profile entries.

I guess I will have to clear the DB soon and find out.
