Scam?

Planning to upgrade to a 9550 from a 9500 which i bought last month and as I was looking up for dealers i stumbled across a few sites which had attractive prices but seems much like a scam.
I dare not post links as it may offend the mods or go against forum guidelines so to those interested in clarification here are the google keywords. results should appear within the top 3 / top 5
Feel free to copy and paste as these are the exact keywords that I used and managed to get them to show on top on the page
1. pullelectronics storm 2 300 usd
which are apparently selling it for 300 usd a piece
2. walchesters storm 2 260 usd
which are pricing theirs at 260 usd a piece.
I've also heard that the army are able to buy it for 250 USD over there but I doubt that mass trade would go unnoticed
