Hey - I have the facebook app installed and I was under the impression that when an email came in, FB intercepted it and put it in the application and removed it from my inbox. This is not the case. I get a facebook notification but when I open my inbox for my email, I can see the facebook notification in there as well. How do I make it so the are no longer shown in my inbox? It's annoying to get it in both.

First troubleshooting step is a hard reset. Remove the battery for about 30 seconds and then replace. See if the BB does what it is supposed to do after that.

I don't use facebook and don't know the issues with it. If you haven't done so, use the search at the top of the page and see if this is a common problem and if there is a fix.

In Facebook options on the BB, uncheck Connect your Facebook account with Blackberry message application.

I found Facebook for my Storm2 to be a real annoyance, so I just deleted it outright. Maybe it's just me, but it was always bothering me.
