Would you find Video Calling/Conferencing on BB Useful?

Hi all,
This may have been talked about, briefly before (forgive me if it was indepth), but I'm very curious.
Considering MS Exchange 2010, Cisco VoIP office integration (along with Lucent/Avaya) and BlackBerry offering a tie in server platform to route office line calls to the BB & back again, would this not be the next logical step?
RIM has made some serious in-roads into the mobile corporate/business office, almost so much that the company owned laptop may no longer be necessary (unless your in IT & support desktops/code apps).
I'm thinking with Unified Communications almost becoming fully integrated in 2010/2011 with everything we do (Emails, Calls - inter-office incl, SAP databases, SSH clients, corporate IM, etc) I think the only thing missing is video conferencing.
Would this be useful for corporate meetings to those in hotels, and otherwise mobile without a Polycomm setup? Would this not be efficient when needed??
