Hi, I recently got a used BlackBerry 8520 (my sister used to own it). I cant add a new/cange the old e-mail adress, I've followed every instruction I've found but I can't seem to add a new one/delete the old one, and it's impossible to delete the old CMIME and CICAL adress (my sisters old adresses) aswell. Is there anyone who knows what I should do?

Have your sister call her carrier and have them cancel her BIS account. That will delete her email and release the PIN.

Once that is done, you call your carrier and activate the BB on your account, get a BB data plan, and have the carrier send the proper service books. Then you will be able to add your email accounts to the new BIS account.

And please update your profile with your carrier. It helps to know that when you have problems.
