I have had my 9630 Tour for a few weeks now and a few people have said that they cannot hear me as well (I switched from an 8830 WE). Is there a way to turn up my microphone so others can hear me better?

I've been having the same problem even have 3 swap outs. I think the mic or mic position is poor. The only way it's better for me is if I use the speaker phone option and speak right into the bottom of it. Hopefully someone else has a better solution.
