Leave it on the charger for 24 hours and see what happens. Might have killed the battery.

If that doesn't work, call your carrier's warranty department and go through that drill. they will most likely send a battery first and see if that fixes it, then perhaps a replacement/refurb.

k, what is supposed to happen after the 24 hours? cus just recently, the screen went white with the hour glass sign. and then my youngest hit the plug soo it stopped charging. should i wait for it to go back to the white screen again? was that a good thing to go to the white screen? ha?

Sounds like it is beginning to charge. Leave it on the charger over night and see if it will turn on on in the morning.

use usb for this:

take battery out. plug in. red light should stay on and windows will make noise / indicate taht a new USB device has been found. this is good. let windows do its thing and observe the red light.

wait a few min. put battery in, phone should turn on or battery should charge. bottom line, windows will make noise like the usb device has been disconnected.

let me know how this goes...

Wow. All this stuff helped soo much. Thanks guys my phone is working perfectly again. All I had to do was take out the battery while it was plugged in and wait a min or two, when I put the battery back in I left it to charge for about 10ins and it went to me home page screen. Thanks guys!!

Yeah, thats what i thought. Sometimes, the BB just needs to be really rebooted.

good to see your phone is back up and running
