As a new BB 9500 owner I'm having a few difficulties with it. Can anyone help????? 1.When i connect to my wifi I lose my browser icon. Ithe have to back up and restore to get it back. 2. I can't send mms .It comes up with i'm not connected to provider? I have no internet provider, i just rely on wifi at home. 3. How do I download themes in jad format. It won'accept this type of file. Wirelessly posted (White and Nerdy)

Jad are over the air themes. Just point your browser to the web address of the file to download it. (I.E. www.myberry.com/example.jad

Welcome to BBF.

And there is no need to double post.

You need a BB data plan to make everything work as it is supposed to work. You are very limited in what you can do using just WiFi.

The problems you are having will be remedied with the BB data plan addition.

Good point. Depends on which flavor of the 9500. 9520 and 9550 have WiFi. Other versions do not AFAIK.
