Pretty simple question really. I need to change the SQLExpress integrated windows authentication to SQL Native / mixed. Here is the background.

We have a single SMB BES running v4.x and have hit the 30 user limit. We are also moving our existing 70+ active sync users to blackberries. So as such I am setting up an HA scenario with two BES servers and rolling out the enterprise version. The problem is the existing bes server is using the hostname I want to use for the first server in the BES cluster - BES01. Issue is, when I change the hostname on the existing BES server, bes services fail since the user account to the bes database is integrated authentication and cant map since the hostname has changed. So I just wanted to configure SQL to use mixed mode.

However I am unsure on the proper approach to avoid creating issues. I need this server to remain during the migration process as we need to incur as little interruption as possible.
